Major Server Upgrades Scheduled

We wanted to let all of you know that we will be performing a routine server upgrade this Thursday, November 24th at 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

We’re upgrading servers to provide you with better service. The upgraded server will be faster, more reliable, and improve on already great uptimes. As this is a major upgrade, please allow for between 1 to 3 hours where the Provide Chat dashboard will be offline. Additionally, the Provide Chat website may be temporarily unavailable.
